To provide a power supply control circuit capable of suppressing heating of switching elements caused by a surge voltage when the surge voltage is being generated, while enabling the prevention of a breakdown of an internal circuit against a reverse connection of a power supply, and preventing a breakdown of the switching elements, and to provide an electronic control device and feeder circuit equipped with a power supply control circuit.
A power supply control circuit includes a MOSFET 61 connected between a DC power supply 10 and a load circuit 31, connected so that a body diode D30 formed between a drain and a source to be forward direction, and a locking circuit 62 for maintaining ON state of the MOSFET 61 for prescribed time during stoppage of feeding from the DC power supply 10.
