To properly supply power to an oil heater, and to suppress the deterioration of a lubricant and a failure of the oil heater.
In a vehicle with the oil heater provided in a lubricating passage in an internal combustion engine and a battery means which can supply power to the oil heater, a power supply control device for the vehicle controls power supply to the oil heater. The power supply control device includes: a first temperature specifying means that specifies at least one of an oil temperature which is a temperature of oil passing the oil heater and a heater temperature which is a temperature of an oil heater body; and a power supply control means that, when a battery capacity remaining in the battery means is larger than a predetermined value, supplies power to the oil heater based on at least one of the oil temperature and the heater temperature.
