Abstract:
To cool a power generator to inhibit reduction of electric power output from the power generator.SOLUTION: In a power supply device, a hollow cylindrical housing which houses a power generator which supplies electric power to an electric power load of an air vehicle, a drive part which drives the power generator, a fuel tank which supplies a fuel to the drive part, and an air intake part which takes outer air thereinto to supply the outer air to the drive part is connected to an airframe exterior part of the air vehicle through a connection part. The air intake part includes: an inlet part which is formed on an outer peripheral surface of the housing and takes outer air of the housing thereinto; an introduction passage communicating with the inlet part and formed at an interior of the housing; and an outlet part which supplies the air taken from the inlet part to the drive part through the introduction passage. A heat sink which radiates heat of the power generator is disposed at an outer periphery part of the power generator. The heat sink is disposed in a passage in which the air flows from the inlet part to the drive part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
