PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply device that can improve visibility of a vehicle forward side, and to provide a head light device.SOLUTION: The power supply device includes: a first lighting circuit for controlling the intensity of light of a first light source part having at least a light emitter; a second lighting circuit for lighting a second light source part having at least a light emitter and emitting light in a closer range than that of the first light source; and a control circuit for controlling the first lighting circuit and the second lighting circuit.
