A non-isolated type power supply device A1, which converts input power from a direct current power supply E1, whose negative electrode is grounded to a ground line G1, into desired direct current power and supplies the direct current power to a load circuit Y1, includes: an impedance element Z1 electrically connected between one end of the load circuit Y1 and the negative electrode of the direct current power supply E1; and a capacitor C1 electrically connected between the other end of the load circuit Y1 and a positive electrode of the direct current power supply E1, wherein a series circuit formed by the capacitor C1, the load circuit Y1, and the impedance element Z1 is connected between both ends of the direct current power supply E1.
