To provide such power supply device configuration as controlling by a fine control width is possible, related to a power supply device which controls an output based on PWM signal.
A power supply device for controlling an output based on a pulse width modulation signal (PWM signal), performs output control with a generated electric signal as a control signal by generating the electric signal which allows setting with finer control width, independent of setting interval of duty which is set based on a digital value. A first reference voltage is converted into a second reference voltage based on the PWM signal, the second reference voltage is further converted based on the PWM signal to generate a third reference voltage which is used as the control signal for output control.
