The cover 3 is fitted to the drain measure 2 so that it covers the opening of the drain measure 2 and in which an insertion hole 13 through which a power reception plug 202 of an object 200 of power supply is inserted is arranged. The power supply part 4 is disposed downward, in a vertical direction of the through hole 13 in the drain measure 2; has a power reception-side electrode 21 that is electrically connected to a power reception-side electrode 206 of the power reception plug 202; and supplies power to the object 200 of power supply.
