Abstract:
To provide a power supply device whose power suppliable range is wide.SOLUTION: A power supply device according to one embodiment includes a first power supply coil arrangement, a second power supply coil arrangement, a power circuit, a power supply circuit group, and a control circuit. In the first power supply coil arrangement, a plurality of power supply coils electromagnetically coupled with a power reception coil are arranged in a two dimensional shape. In the second power supply coil arrangement, a plurality of power supply coils electromagnetically coupled with the power reception coil are placed in positions where the power supply coils are overlapped with marginal parts of the plurality of power supply coils composing the first power supply coil arrangement. The power circuit outputs DC voltage. The power supply circuit group is provided per power supply coil, and supplies AC current to each power supply coil by the DC voltage outputted from the power circuit. The control circuit selects the power supply coil used for power supply based on a current value upon flowing the AC current through the power supply coil, and controls the power supply circuit group so as to flow the AC current to the selected power supply coil.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
