PURPOSE: To simplify inspection and maintenance by providing a winding, which drives a means which displays that a high voltage is outputted, on the secondary side of a high voltage transformer in the power supply device using the high voltage transformer to check easily the operation state of the device.
CONSTITUTION: A DC power source voltage VCC is applied to a primary winding 2 of a high voltage transformer T1 through a resistance T1 for current control. A secondary winding 3 is provided on the secondary side of this transformer T1, and a voltage generated in this winding 3 is rectified by a diode D1 and is smoothed by a capacitor C1 and is inputted to a load such as an electrifier or the like. A secondary winding 4 is provided on the secondary side also, and a series circuit consisting of a diode D2 for rectification, a resistance R2 for current control, and an LED1 is connected to this winding 4. Thus, the operation of the power supply device can be confirmed at sight to simplify inspection and maintenance.
