Abstract:

PURPOSE: To prevent overcurrent in a magnetron while reducing the size of a power supply by performing PWM control through a first feedback means for feeding back a voltage induced in a transformer inducing a square wave voltage on the secondary through switching action, and a secondary feedback means for feeding back the current of the magnetron.
CONSTITUTION: A PWM control section 80 receives a feedback value of the output voltage, i.e., a voltage induced in the coil N3 of a transformer 20, through a first feedback means 30 and controls the duty ratio of the primary voltage of the transformer 20 by controlling the ON/OFF time of a switching means 90 thus stabilizing the output voltage. Furthermore, in order to prevent the voltage from being unstabilized due to abrupt variation in the current of a magnetron 50, a voltage induced on the secondary of a transformer 60 sensing the current of the magnetron 50 is fed back to the PWM control section 80 through a second feedback means 70 and applied to the magnetron 50 through the switching means 90 thus stabilizing the output voltage while preventing overcurrent.
