Abstract:
To reduce stress on the parts of a Hall thruster device by preventing sudden rise of anode current.
This power supply is provided with an anode power source for controlling the electric field of a Hall thruster and a magnetic field control power source for controlling a magnetic field. The current of the magnetic field control power source is increased at a positive current change rate per unit time until it becomes a constant current value, and the voltage of the anode power source is increased at a positive voltage change rate per unit time until it becomes a constant voltage value by delaying a rise-time.
