Abstract:
To accurately protect a power supply device having cooling means from excessive increase in a temperature.SOLUTION: Cooling means cools generation means that generates an output voltage on the basis of an input voltage. Detection means detects a temperature of the generation means or a temperature around the generation means. Protection means controls the generation means in such a manner that when a detected temperature becomes equal to or more than a threshold, the temperature of the generation means is decreased. Switching means switches the threshold of the protection means in accordance with an operation state of the cooling means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
