Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To temporary match on/off of a plurality of power supply systems due to lock/unlock of an interlock, reduce the number of interlock switches for a plurality of the power supply systems, simplify the wiring of the interlock switches, and reduce noise radiation. SOLUTION: A power supply unit is provided with first and second power circuits (PC5 and PC4), which are respectively supplied with power from a main power supply (AC, 81 and 82) and, respectively supply power to a load; an interlock switch (87), placed in the receiving-side or feeding-side exciting line of the first power circuit (PC5); and an electrical relay (88) having a relay contact (b) placed in the receiving-side or feeding-side exciting line of the second power circuit (PC4) and a relay coil (a) which is excited by power supplied from the first power circuit passed via the interlock switch and thus closes the relay contact. The power supply unit is further provided with a delay circuit 89 for delaying the operation of the electrical relay (88).
