A garage 11 having a parking space is provided with a power supply device 22 performing power supply to a vehicle C parked in the parking space. A home server 61 installed in a building 10 is electrically connected with the power supply device 22 and a garage side communication device 65. The vehicle C parked inside the garage 11 has a high mount stop light 52 emitting light according to a brake operation by a driver, and the high mount stop light 52 transmits vehicle information to the garage side communication device 65 according to the light emission. The home server 61 decides whether or not the vehicle C is a registered vehicle based on the vehicle information received from the vehicle C side as vehicle authentication processing, and includes that the vehicle C is the registered vehicle in a permission condition of the power supply by the power supply device 22.
