To provide an abnormality detection device for a power supply mat that can detect abnormalities such as curling of the power supply mat.SOLUTION: An abnormality detection device 10 for a power supply mat 1 that detects an abnormality in the power supply mat 1 that supplies power to a mobility 2 includes: a vibration acquisition unit 20 that acquires an amount of vibration of the mobility 2 traveling on the power supply mat 1; and an abnormality determination unit 30 that determines that an abnormality has occurred in the power supply mat 1 when an acquisition value of the vibration acquisition unit 20 within a predetermined time from a time when power supply to the mobility 2 has occurred or within a predetermined distance from a position P3 (power supply position) of the mobility 2 exceeds a threshold.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
