Abstract:

To reduce the electric costs by halving the contract power per number of units installed.

The heaters 5, 6 of the first and the second cooking device 1, 2 are parallel connected with one AC power supply 8, and the first SSR 9 and the second SSR 10 as control switches are installed between the heaters 5, 6 and AC power supply 8. The SSR's 9, 10 are on-off controlled by a control device 21, and power is supplied to the heaters 5, 6 to heat the first and the second cooking plate 3, 4. The control device 21 compares the temps. of the cooking plates measured by the first and the second temp. measuring means with the set temps. set by the first and the second working condition setting means 13, 14, passes judgement in which temp. region the temp. of each plate 3/4 lies, selects the operation mode of each SSR 9/10 on the basis of the temp. region of the plate 3/4, and sends on/off signals alternately to the SSR's 9, 10. the operation mode is structured by dividing the unit time into On time and Off time in a specified proportion.
