To provide a power supply system that never fails to supply power from a vehicle to a load outside the vehicle when external power goes down, and to provide a vehicle.

A power supply system includes a vehicle 10, and power supply devices 200 and 300 for supplying power from the vehicle 10 to a load device 400 outside the vehicle. The vehicle 10 includes power generation sections 100 and 135; a power supply section 120 for supplying powers from the power generation sections 100 and 135 to the power supply devices 200 and 300; and an ECU 130 for controlling the power supply section 120 so as to convert the powers from the power generation sections 100 and 135 to a driving power of the load device 400 when an external power source 500 goes down. The ECU 130 controls the power supply section 120 so that powers with plural specifications having different voltages and/or frequencies are supplied in a predetermined sequence when the external power supply 500 goes down. Further, the ECU 130 detects the specification of a power to be supplied to the load device 400 as a load specification when the load device 400 starts working.
