Abstract:
To manage the power supplied and received between an electric vehicle (1) and a residence system (2) containing load equipment (22A) and anti-theft load equipment (22C), a power supply system includes: an absence detection unit (26) for detecting an absence of a user of the electric vehicle (1) that lasts for a prescribed interval or longer; and a control unit (24) for controlling the charging and discharging of an EV power storage cell (11) so as to keep the level of charge in the power storage cell installed in the electric vehicle (1) within a prescribed range, on the basis of a user absence detected by the absence detection unit (26). Thus, provided is a power supply system and the like which are capable of suppressing the deterioration of a power storage cell when the user is not present.
