Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3419739
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medium or large power supply transformer which adopts block cores so as to be improved in production efficiency and hardly deteriorated in performance.
SOLUTION: As to a power supply transformer 1, the shortest perpendicular is drawn, extending from the corner O of a window 5 to the outer side of an I-type block core 2, and provided that the length (width of I-type block core 2) of the shortest perpendicular is represented by r, a 90° arc of a circle whose radius is r is drawn around the corner O as a center, an area residing outside of the arc is represented by a region X, and an abutting position 6 and caulking positions 7 and 8 are provided in the X region.
