To make an appearance tidy, protect a gas sampling tube so as not to hamper installation, and simplify constitution of an outer package case by arranging the gas sampling tube not to protrude out of the outer package case.

The sampling tubes 7a to 7e for gas sampling are arranged side by side protruding from a back panel of a box 1 in which reforming equipment is housed. Each sampling tube is connected to a reforming equipment and a fuel cell and a cap 8 is attached at the end in free detachment. An opening 9b is prepared for the sampling tubes at the back panel 9a of an outer package case 9, set toward the sampling tubes. At the time of gas inspection, the cap 8 of the sampling tube to be inspected is detached and a hose 13a of a gas inspection equipment 13 is inserted from the opening 9b and connected to the sampling tube. A detachable cover panel or the like is fixed at the opening 9b.
