Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power-supply unit and an image forming apparatus, in which an output voltage to a load device such as an arithmetic device can be reduced in inexpensive configuration easily even in a power-supply unit where feedback control is performed.SOLUTION: A power supply circuit 31 includes a feedback voltage regulation circuit 49. The feedback voltage regulation circuit 49 includes: a resistor R4 provided in series to a secondary-side cable way of a voltage dividing resistor R1; a capacitor C provided between the resistor R4 and a ground potential; a resistor R3 provided in parallel with the capacitor C1 and connected to the resistor R4; and an FET switch 49A provided between the resistor R3 and the ground potential. When boosting an output voltage to a target value, a feedback voltage in an input terminal FB is smoothly dropped just by a predetermined amount and when dropping the output voltage to a target value, the feedback voltage is moderately boosted just by a predetermined amount.
