Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply unit that has a simple configuration.SOLUTION: The power supply unit includes: a relay that has a first input terminal into which primary AC power is input and a second input terminal into which secondary AC power is input, and outputs either the primary AC power or the secondary AC power; a first power conversion section connected to an output terminal of the relay to convert the AC power output from the relay to DC power; a second power conversion section connected to an output side of the first power conversion section to convert output power of the first power conversion section to DC power of a predetermined voltage; a power output terminal for outputting the DC power converted in the second power conversion section; and a control section for connecting the first input terminal to the output terminal when a voltage of the output power of the first power conversion section is equal to or higher than a predetermined threshold, and connecting the second input terminal to the output terminal when the voltage of the output power of the first power conversion section becomes lower than the predetermined threshold.
