Abstract:
PURPOSE: To reduce stray capacity by providing a first switching circuit for charging/discharging a first capacitor, and a second switching circuit for charging/discharging a second capacitor. CONSTITUTION: Switching circuits D120, T113 charge a first capacitor C108 selectively with a DC power supply at a time other than a first time interval and discharges the first capacitor C108 to the control input terminal at the stage of the transistor T113. Second switching circuits D119, D123, T113 and T114 charge a second capacitor C107 selectively with the DC power supply at a time other than a second time interval and discharges the second capacitor C107 to the control input terminal at the stage of the transistors T113, T114.
