Abstract:
To provide a power system in which a power storage device can evaluate specific control for autonomously controlling charge and discharge on the basis of a frequency of an electric power system and a control method.SOLUTION: A power system comprises a power storage device which executes specific control for autonomously controlling charge and discharge on the basis of a frequency of an electric power system, and a control device which controls the power storage device. The control device sets an information element for specifying a delay time lasting till adjustment power of the power storage device is reflected on the basis of the frequency of the electric power system in the power storage device. The power storage device transmits a combination of the adjustment power of the power storage device controlled by specific control and frequency information on the frequency of the electric power system in which the delay time is reflected to the control device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
