Abstract:
To provide a power system control device and a power system control computer program, in which the number of times of operating a control target connected to a power system can be reduced, and the power system can be stably controlled.SOLUTION: A power system control device 1 includes: an input unit 31 to which system information indicating the state of a power system 9 for supplying power is inputted; and a control amount calculation unit 13 that calculates a control amount to control a control target 8 at which a cumulative value of the difference between the control amount to control the control target 8 and a basic control amount in a plurality of time cross sections becomes minimum, by using an evaluation function for evaluating the control amount to control the control target 8 in the power system 9 on the basis of the system information inputted to the input unit 31 and the basic control amount which is a basic control amount common to a plurality of power flow cross sections having a different time series in the power system 9 and is calculated on the basis of the system information indicating the state of the power system 9.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
