Abstract:
To make it possible to accurately estimate a power generation quantity with no device for measuring the power generation quantity of a renewable energy generation device.SOLUTION: A power system monitoring device comprises: a system measurement data acquisition unit for acquiring system measurement data measured on a bus line provided with a power system; a system facilities data acquisition unit for acquiring a load voltage characteristics value of a load connected to a lower system of the bus line; and a load power calculation unit for calculating a load power quantity that is a sum of loads connected to the lower system of the bus line by using a characteristic formula expressing a correlation between a load and a voltage from system measurement data acquired by the system measurement data acquisition unit and the load voltage characteristics value acquired by the system facilities data acquisition unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
