PURPOSE: To facilitate monitoring operation, by displaying the information of a power system in time series at a position near each equipment, and also displaying the condition section of discriminating knowledge used on accident discrimination, and informations which are not used as discrimination data in case of the accident discrimination.
CONSTITUTION: The input of the working of a protective relay from a power system, the state information of a switch, and the information of equipments for composing the power system, to a data base 105 is provided, and is kept stored. When an accident is generated, then knowledge on accident discrimination in a knowledge base 106 is applied and the accident is discriminated by an accident discriminating means 107. In a discrimination result and discrimination process storing means 108, informations used to obtain an accident equipment discrimination result and informations which are not used as discrimination data are kept stored, and the respective informations with a changed time are regulated to be displayed near the equipments, and its result is displayed on a CRT.
