A portable terminal device 100 comprises: a display section 101; a terminal-specific added function section 102; a communication function section 103; a strong illumination function section 104; a weak illumination function section 105; a power storage section 106; a current sensor 107; a voltage sensor 108; a switch control section 109; and a power conversion switch 110. The switch control section 109 controls switching of the power conversion switch 110 on the basis of a current value acquired from the current sensor 107 or a voltage value acquired from the voltage sensor 108 to change the supply destination of power stored in the power storage section 106.
