PURPOSE: To provide a power system supervising-controlling system whereby the fatigue of an operator is not accumulated, by sensing the physical condition of the operator, and by giving effectively to the operator the stimuli for relaxing the operator actively.
CONSTITUTION: In a power system supervising-controlling system 4 for supervising-controlling power systems, a transmitter-receiver 2 having a plurality of electrodes mounted on an operator 5, a sensor for sensing a specific electroencephalogram by the potential differences obtained from the electrodes, and a controller for controlling such outputs as light, a speech and an image according to the state of the electroencephalogram are provided respectively. Thereby, the stimuli including light, a speech and an image which relax the operator 5 while the state of the electroencephalogram of the operator 5 is supervised are controlled, and as a result, the fatigue of the operator 5 is healed.
