Abstract:
To provide a power system that appropriately stores power obtained from renewable energy in a device suitable for long-term energy storage and a device suitable for short-term energy storage and performs, on a power load, appropriate power supply from a device suitable for short-term energy output and a device suitable for long-term energy output.SOLUTION: A power system 100 comprises: a storage battery 3; a hydrogen energy storage device 4 including a water electrolysis device 9 and a fuel battery 11 for generating power using hydrogen in a hydrogen storage 10 for storing hydrogen generated by the water electrolysis device; a detector (power meter 8) for detecting the presence of a person in a building; and a controller 20 for executing at least either one of: first control for determining, on the basis of information from the detector, priority of power supply from a power generation device 2 using renewable energy to each of the storage battery and the water electrolysis device; and second control for determining, on the basis of the information from the detector, priority of power supply from each of the storage battery and the fuel battery to a power load provided in the building.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1A
