Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a power tool, easy in assembly work, and capable of accurately and stably fixing a sensor magnet to a rotor shaft of a motor.SOLUTION: A power tool comprises a power transmission mechanism for driving a tip tool by a motor and control means for controlling rotation of the motor by detecting a rotational position of the motor. A rotor comprises a rotor core 4 in which a plurality of slots 4a-4d are formed for inserting a permanent magnet 5 and a cylindrical sensor magnet 16 having a plurality of projection parts 16a-16d projecting in the axial direction, is provided on one side in the axial direction of the rotor core. Here, a projection part is fitted to a recessed part on the rear side of the slots, and after pressing the sensor magnet to the rotor core, a rubber ring 35 is interposed, and the sensor magnet is fixed by a sleeve 36.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
