Abstract:
The electric tool has a tool rotated by a motor and a mechanical tool brake with an actuation part (1) with a restoring spring, a brake drum (4) fixed onto the shaft (3) and a brake part (5) fixed onto the actuation part. The brake part can be pressed against the peripheral drum surface by the actuation part with the force of the restoring spring in a linear manner to brake the tool.
