Abstract:
To increase the charging opportunities of electric vehicles.SOLUTION: A broker server 8 obtains the present position of an electric vehicle 5 from an agent 2 of the electric vehicle 5, and based on the obtained present position, identifies a direct transaction market where a contract execution location is near the electric vehicle 5. The broker server 8 then transmits, to the agent 2, a signal (proposal signal) proposing power transaction in the identified direct transaction market. The agent 2, when adopting the proposal signal, creates a power transaction plan and makes a bid to a transaction market server 3 based on the created power transaction plan.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
