To actualize sufficient lubrication of a differential by adjusting the level of lubricating oil in a casing storing a differential device.

In this power train lubricating device, an ECU executes a program which includes a step (S100) of detecting the rotating speed of each wheel, a step (S102) of detecting a temperature THO of an ATF, a step (S104) of detecting an engine speed NE, and a step (S116) of putting the oil level of the ATF in a differential chamber into a high condition when the rotating speed of each wheel is not the same (NO in S106), when a vehicle speed is lower than a prefixed vehicle speed V(0) (NO in S108), when the oil temperature THO of the ATF is lower than a prefixed oil temperature THO(0) (NO in S110), and when the engine speed NE is lower than a prefixed speed NE(0) (NO in S112).
