Abstract:
To provide a power transmission chain and a power transmitting device reduced in noise by not using pin random arrangement easily causing humming noise at low speed.
In a plurality of links 11, its pitch length is two levels or higher, and they are randomly arranged. A pin 14 is held between pulleys 2 to transmit torque by a frictional force. An inter-piece 15 has a length contacting with the pulley 2, and the arrangement of its contact positions is the same as the contact position arrangement of the pins 14.
