The clutch device 10 is arranged in series to the turbine wheel T and in parallel to devices 7, 8 for by-passing an output transmission line through a hydrodynamic component 4 viewed in a power transmitting direction between an input body 2 and the output body 3. A vibration damping device 14 and the devices 7, 8 for by-passing the output transmission line through the hydrodynamic component 4 are arranged in series.
