Abstract:
To secure circularity of a bearing supported on an outer peripheral face of an eccentric disc of a crank-type power transmission device.SOLUTION: An eccentric disc 19 is constituted by integrally fastening a first part 51 positioned at an eccentric side and a second side part 52 positioned at an anti-eccentric side by a bolt 54 inserted to a bolt hole composed of a cutout 51b and a shaft hole 51c formed on the first part 51, and a female screw hole 52b formed on the second side part 52. As an axis of the bolt 54 is offset to one side in an axis L direction, of an input shaft 12 from a center of a bearing supporting face 19c of an outer periphery of an eccentric disc 19 supporting a large end portion 21a of a connecting rod 21, and the cutout 51b is opened so that the bearing supporting face 19c is not circumferentially divided, a part of an inner race 22a of the bearing 22 falls in the cutout 51b of the bolt hole to prevent deformation inwardly in a radial direction, and degradation of performance and durability of the bearing 22 can be minimized.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
