Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power transmission device capable of accurately detecting a radius of rotation without using a high sensitive sensor.SOLUTION: A power transmission device comprises: a lever crank mechanism for converting the rotary motion of an input axis into the oscillatory movement of an oscillation part; and a control part in which, by changing the radius of rotation of a rotary part by the control part, the change gear ratio is changed. The control part includes: a drive source rotational speed detector for detecting the rotational speed of the engine; an orthogonal function generation part for generating an orthogonal function synchronized with the rotation number from the engine rotational speed; a phase detection part for detecting the phase of the oscillation part oscillating in synchronization with the engine drive power; and a correlation component detection part for detecting components correlated with orthogonal functions in a phase signal by synchronously detecting the phase signal detected by the phase detection part with an orthogonal function. The radius of rotation of the rotary part is calculated based on the correlated components.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
