Abstract:
To provide a power transmission device capable of generating engine brake by transmitting torque on a wheel side to an engine side by bringing a driving-side clutch plate and a driven-side clutch plate into close contact with each other when a pressure member is located at a non-operation position, and stably transmitting power when the pressure member is moved to an operation position by moving a weight member to an outer diameter-side position.SOLUTION: A power transmission device has: a back torque transmission cam for moving a second clutch member 4b to bring a driving-side clutch plate 6 and a driven-side clutch plate 7 into close contact with each other, when torque is input to a first clutch member 4a through an output shaft 3 in a state that a pressure member 5 is located at a non-operation position; and a torque transmitting portion capable of transmitting the torque transmitted to the second clutch member 4b to the first clutch member 4a not through the back torque transmission cam.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 17
