Abstract:
PURPOSE:To enable performing of a remote control and to lighten a device, by a method wherein a device is constituted such that either one of an inner gear and a pump case, which is held so that it can rotate eccentrically against the inner gear, is coupled to a driving member and the other coupled to a driven member. CONSTITUTION:An outer gear 7 is rotatably mounted at a cylindrical gear-reception chamber 6 positioned eccentrically against a driven shaft 1, and an inner gear 9 is located at the inside of the outer gear 7. Pump chamber 12 are formed between both gears 7 and 9. And working fluid path 13 is provided at a pump case at a suction side, and a control valve 14 is placed in the middle of the working fluid path 13. With the path 13 opened through the working of the control valve 14, the working fluid is fed into the pump chamber 12, and a rotating power of a driving pulley 2 is transferred to the driven shaft 1, which, however, results in shutting off the path 13. If the driving pulley 2 still continues to rotate thereafter, the outer gear 7 makes inner contact with the inner gear 9 to self-rotate without meeting with any resistance, which results in transferring no rotation power of the driving pulley 2 to the driven shaft 1.
