A bush 72 is securely fitted in a rotary shaft 26 serving as a second rotary body. A lock protrusion part formed at one end of a torsion coil spring 74 is locked at the flange part 722 of the bush 72. The outer peripheral surface of the coil spring 74 is pressed against the inner peripheral surface of the contact unevenness absorbing member 71.
