Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power transmission mechanism capable of reducing deceleration force due to friction and pumping loss of an engine.SOLUTION: During coast running of a vehicle 1, rotation of a T/M input shaft 40 is decelerated at a gear ratio of an inverse direction deceleration mechanism 15 and transmitted to an E/G output shaft 13. This allows the E/G output shaft 13 to rotate at rotational speed lower than the rotational speed of the T/M input shaft 40 and an M/G rotation shaft 53. A motor generator 51 is provided so as to input power to the inverse direction deceleration mechanism 15. During the coast running of the vehicle 1, when acceleration operation is performed by a driver, an engine 2 is restarted. At this time, the motor generator 51 is controlled as a motor before supply of fuel to the engine 2 is resumed, so that rotation of the M/G rotation shaft 53 is decelerated at the gear ratio of the inverse direction deceleration mechanism 15 and transmitted to the E/G output shaft 13.
