Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power transmission which stably lubricates a chain of an oil pump.SOLUTION: An oil pump forming a part of a power transmission has a pump shaft arranged parallel to an input shaft 3 of a speed changer 4 and receives power from an engine through a chain 15 to operate. The speed changer 4 has a brake device (BR) disposed at a position adjacent to a drive sprocket 17 which drives the chain 15 in an axial direction. A through hole h1 which penetrates from a chamber c1 to the drive sprocket 17 side is provided at a cylinder part 33 forming the chamber c1 with a piston 32 of the brake device. A part of an oil supplied to the chamber c1 is supplied to the drive sprocket 17 and the chain 15 through the through hole h1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
