Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power transmission device in which adhesion of a frictional face of a rotor and a frictional face of an armature can be suppressed.SOLUTION: A power transmission device 10 comprises an annular armature 14 connected to a rotor 11 by electromagnetic attraction force of an electromagnet 12 in energization to the electromagnet 12, and separated from the rotor 11 in non-energization to the electromagnet 12. An armature-side frictional face 140 abutting on a rotor-side frictional face 110 formed in the rotor 11 in energization to the electromagnet 12 is formed in the armature 14. A groove portion 147 extending in the slit shape from an inner peripheral side toward an outer peripheral side is formed in the armature-side frictional face 140. A dissimilar material 17 composed of a material different from a material of the armature-side frictional face 140, is disposed in the groove portion 147.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
