Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the manufacturing cost of a power transmission by providing an inner hub 22 itself of an output disc with a torque limiter mechanism.
SOLUTION: An inner ring 101 connected to the outer periphery of a shaft of a compressor, an outer ring 102 provided on the outer periphery side of the inner ring 101, and a metal inner hub 22 formed of bridge 103 for connecting the inner ring 101 and the outer ring 102 is insert-molded on the inner diameter side of a resin-made outer hub constituting the output disc of the power transmission. Cutout parts (torque limiter mechanism) 131, 132 of designated size are formed on the root parts 135, 136 of the inner ring 101 side of the bridge 103 of the inner hub 22, whereby when the limiter operating torque works, breakage is caused in a joint (restriction part 171) between the inner ring 101 and the bridge 103 more surely so as to lessen fluctuation in the limiter operating torque.
