To provide a power transmitting apparatus capable of avoiding the come-off of a driven side clutch disc positioned in the vicinity of a separation part of a spline fitting part from the separation part, when moving a pressure member in the axial direction.
This power transmitting apparatus has a clutch housing 2, a clutch member 4, the pressure member 5 and a cam for a back torque limiter, and can transmit or cut off torque inputted to an input member to or from an output member by the pressure contact or separation of a driving side clutch disc 6 and the driven side clutch disc 7, and has a part 7a to be spline-fit for preventing the come-off of the driven side clutch disc 7 from the separation part 10 of the parts to be spline-fit by constituting the part to be spline-fit of the driven side clutch disc 7 by being divided into two parts, by spline-fitting the driven side clutch disc 7 to the pressure member 5 in addition to the clutch member 4.
