The power transmitting device 11 for a four-wheel drive hybrid-vehicle has a front and rear wheel driving force distribution means 21 for distributing and transmitting rotational power outputted from an internal combustion engine 31 and a rotating electrical machine 32 to front wheels 91 and rear wheels 93. The front and rear wheel driving force distribution means 21 sets: a rear wheel disconnection state where the front and rear wheel driving force distribution means 21 and the rear wheel 93 are disconnected at braking the vehicle; a front wheel connection state where the front and rear wheel driving force distribution means 21 and the front wheel 91 are connected; and a regenerative state where the rotational power from the front wheel 91 is regenerated by the rotating electrical machine 32.
