To reduce cost required for configuration and reduce the size.
A power unit 10 includes: first to third lines L1, L2 and L3, which are different in potential; a battery circuit 10a, in which a fuel cell stack 11 and a battery 12 are connected in series; and the first DC-DC converter 13. Both ends of the battery circuit 10a are connected to the first line L1 and the third line L3, and a connection point between the fuel cell stack 11 and the battery 12 is connected to the second line L2, and the primary side of the first DC-DC converter 13 is connected to the second line L2 and the third line L3, while the secondary side is connected to the first line L1 and the third line L3. The switching duty of the first DC-DC converter 13 is feedback-controlled so that an actual power distribution to the fuel cell stack 11 and the battery 12 matches the target power distribution when driving a drive motor inverter 15 which is connected to the first line L1 and the third line L3.
