To reduce vibration generated by impact occurring in a mode changeover of a unidirectional clutch and a slight fluctuation of the rotation center due to a buffer structure, in a power unit having a structure in which the unidirectional clutch is disposed between a crankshaft of an internal combustion engine and a motor generator.
The unidirectional clutch 5 is disposed in an inner diameter space of a rotor 21 of the motor generator, and a stator 22 of the motor generator is disposed in an outer peripheral space of the rotor. The outer ring 51 of the unidirectional clutch is mounted to a rotating shaft via the buffer structure 30, and a centering bearing 40 is used for supporting the inner ring 52 of the unidirectional clutch on the rotating shaft.
