Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the control accuracy of a hydraulic clutch while properly coping with a temperature change, in a power unit in which a transmission for gear-changing rotational power from a crankshaft which is rotatably supported to a crank case is accommodated in the crank case while having an input shaft which is rotatably supported to the crank case, and a hydraulic clutch for connecting and disconnecting power transmission between the crankshaft and the input shaft is arranged coaxially with the input shaft.SOLUTION: A clutch actuator 125 which switch-controls the connection/disconnection of a hydraulic clutch, and an actuator cover 220 which liquid-tightly covers the clutch actuator 125 between the clutch cover 56 and itself are attached to an exhaust face of the clutch cover 56 which is joined to the crank case while covering the hydraulic clutch. An oil temperature sensor 222 for detecting a temperature of oil stored in an oil chamber 221 which is formed between the clutch cover 56 and the actuator cover 220 is attached to the actuator cover 220.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
